About Me

I have been a licensed therapist since 1989. Starting out as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I received in depth education and training, focusing on a variety of areas. I then went on to gain additional training and education, broadening my scope of knowledge, experience and expertise, and became a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in 2000. Although I now practice exclusively as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I draw upon the best of both disciplines.

I continually update my education and training with the latest research, but also stay open to thinking outside of the box and using my intuition. I find time for health and balance in my own life, so that I can serve my clients in the best way possible.

I really enjoy helping people change, face important challenges, grow emotionally and spiritually, learn to have satisfying relationships, heal from trauma, and find inner peace and happiness. Once we begin to establish a connection and work together, I will be fully commited to helping you acheive your goals in therapy.
